Payments & Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. Advance booking is recommended, especially for early or late transfers. Website bookings are the preferred method.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic transfer.

General Information

  • We can accommodate up to 3 passengers comfortably.

  • Yes, we have time restrictions. However, pre-booked Sydney airport or cruise ship transfers can be arranged for:

    • Earliest drop-off: 5:00am

    • Latest pick-up: 12:00am

  • Yes, we offer a 10-minute grace period for standard bookings. After that, waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments at the original booking rate.

  • We service in Port Stephens, Newcastle, the Hunter Region, and greater New South Wales. Long-distance journeys are also possible, though please enquire in advance via email.

  • Yes, return trips can be arranged at the time of booking.

  • Yes, multiple stops are possible. Please include them in your booking request so we can quote accordingly.

  • Currently, we do not offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

  • Yes, all vehicles are fully licensed and insured to operate as point-to-point transport services in NSW.

  • Pets are not permitted in our vehicles, to maintain the cleanliness of our vehicles for all passengers.

  • At this time, we do not provide booster seats. All passengers must comply with NSW child restraint laws. Please see Service NSW for current and correct rules.

  • To maintain the quality of our vehicles, food is not permitted. Bottled water is allowed.

  • We monitor flight and cruise schedules where possible. For major delays, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though additional fees may apply.

  • Yes, we offer hourly and custom packages for vineyard tours, weddings, funerals and corporate events. Contact us for tailored quotes.

  • No, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Our vehicles offer leather seating which can recline (front and rear) and be heated or cooled, along with climate control, bottled water, and phone charging facilities.

Luggage

  • Our vehicle can accommodate 2 Large sized suitcases and one small carry on in the boot.

    Each large suit case MUST NOT measure larger than 78cm high (including wheels) 50cm Wide and 35cm Deep. The small carry on must not measure larger than 40cm X 30cm X 30cm.

  • Absolutely — your driver will assist with loading and unloading your luggage

  • Unfortunately, no, we are unable to accommodate personal car seats.
